Gerald has been involved in the insurance business since 1968. In 1987 he was a founding director of Corporate Risk plc before joining The Newton-Barr Partnership, as Partnership Secretary, in 1990, becoming Financial Director of Newton-Barr plc in 1998.
Gerald has been a life-long “soldier” in The Salvation Army and in his limited spare time is studying information technology and its social implications with the Open University.
